We launched our AI & RaaS solutions in Hong Kong and Thailand in the fourth quarter of 2020 and continued to grow our global presence. Fast forward to today, we have 9 operating offices in 6 countries.
Getting to know AI & RaaS Solutions
Our AI & RaaS solution consists of three parts:

Robots: various automated intelligent robots as the onsite service entity

Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS): Guardforce AI Intelligent Cloud Platform (GFAI ICP) provides remote robot management, data analysis, value-added services (AIoT Robot Advertising) and etc

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS): updated software provides extended features of the robots
We are focusing on delivering solutions to restaurants, hotels, hospitals, property management, shopping malls, and exhibitions. Besides developing the solutions ourselves, we’re also working with partners across the globe to diversify solutions. For example, for the hospitality and tourism services, we partnered with Blue Pin (HK) Limited (“Blue Pin”), to offer a self-check-in/out service that can help hotels to improve check-in/out efficiency. Meanwhile, we’re working with Riversoft Inc (Riversoft), a Peakwork company that specializes in travel management software, to co-develop and co-launch a robotic solution that will be known as Robot Travel Agent (RTA) to provide contactless travel consulting services to customers.
By making repetitive tasks automated with robotics, our solutions are helping our clients improve their operational efficiency and save operational costs in the long run.
