Guardforce AI and VRCN Show Visitor Management and Automatic Identity Authentication Robots Service at the 3rd International Property Management Expo in Hong Kong

Guardforce AI Co., Limited (“Guardforce AI”) and VRCN Limited (“VRCN”) are showcasing the Robot-as-a-Service visitor management and automatic identity authentication system at booths D29 & D31, Hall 3, during the 3rd International Property Management Expo at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. The Expo will take place from August 30 to September 1, 2023.

 

Combined with VRCN’s first-of-its-kind API and Guardforce AI’s concierge robot, the new RaaS solution is able to authenticate secure mobile credentials issued to visitors through its idLink cloud-based personalized e-Pass system. The idLink’s API augments the current Android app and adds virtual card reading capability to the existing camera system in the robot.  Any visitor who receives a prior invitation, or registers either through the robot or online, will receive an electronic message embedded with a URL. When this e-Pass is presented to the robot’s camera, it can verify access authenticity for an event and record the attendance time.

 

The concierge robot is integrated with VRCN’s e-booking platform, BooknMeet.net. The solution is designed to provide contactless shared space facility management, which can be applied to any public facilities including coworking space, gyms, events and conferences. For example, if a customer would like to book a gym class or a training room, they utilize the BookNMeet website or walk in and book through the robot, reserve the room/time slots, and even complete payments. The system then generates an email, including a URL for the customer. When a customer arrives at the designated place, they can simply click the URL, get a dynamic QR code, scan it on the concierge robot and access the space. The overall process is seamless, easy to operate and does not require additional app installation. Additionally, the RaaS solution provides advertising services to generate an extra income stream. In the next phase, the RaaS visitor management solution will have the capability to integrate with access management systems, such as turnstiles and venue access, expanding its integration range.
