Guardforce AI Announces Expansion in Dubai and Australia while also releasing 2021 year end results
Guardforce AI Executive Chairman Terence Yap joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has released their financial results for the year ended December 31, 2021. Yap telling Proactive the company has made some major moves in 2021 that is setting the company up for 2022. Some of the highlights include announcing U.S. expansion with the establishment of a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary and announced strategic partnership with a U.S. based Technology as a Service business. The company closed a private placement of 10.3 million and an IPO brungin in another 15 million. Yap also said the company announced planned expansion of its Robotics as a Service offering to China’s Greater Bay Area with the proposed acquisition of Shenzhen Keweien Robot Service and Guangzhou Kewei Robot Technology. Yap also talked about guidance for 2022 and how the company is looking for Net revenue of $55-$60 million, representing growth of more than 66% versus 2021.
