Updated: Sep 29

Guardforce AI Co., Limited (NASDAQ: GFAI, GFAIW), an integrated security, AI, and Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions provider, presented significant business updates at the H.C. Wainwright 26th Annual Global Investment Conference. The presentation featured Olivia Wang, the Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of Guardforce AI, alongside Catherine Zuo, the CFO of the company.

Established Client Foundation for Legacy Business

Guardforce AI distinguishes itself from AI solution providers by leveraging a strong legacy business that serves as a solid foundation for financial performance and growth. The long-term client base not only supports revenue but also provide invaluable industry insights to develop tailored AI solutions. Driven by the client-centric business strategy, Guardforce AI continuously upgrades products and services addressing clients' needs while aligning with industry trends. By now, the Company has served approximately 25,000 retail stores, and the solutions provided range from cash-in-transit, ATM management, Guardforce Digital Machines, robotic solutions, smart retail solutions, and AI applications.

Introducing GFAI Agents

As the demands of Generative AI continue to escalate, the Company's retail and travel clients have expressed urgent needs for AI applications to enhance their sales and marketing efforts. In response, Guardforce AI is proud to introduce the GFAI Agents, which are designed to address the challenge of matching the right products to end-users in the travel and retail industries. The GFAI Agents excel at providing tailored recommendations by leveraging extensive industry knowledge and real-time data analysis. Unlike traditional Generative AI solutions that focus on content creation, GFAI Agents are trained with precise data to ensure high-quality outputs towards industry-specific challenges.

Expanded Further in AI-driven Solutions

During the presentation, Olivia unveiled two of Guardforce AI's innovative solutions and highlighted growth potential. In the travel sector, Guardforce AI extended robotic solutions with ticketing and coupon promotion features and allocated approximately 1,000 robots in Asia Pacific to serve specifically travel-related clients. Additionally, the company also developed the proof of concept for the AI Travel Assistant to optimize travel routes, resources, and real-time agenda adjustments for end-users in the travel industry, as well as AI Purchase solutions to provide tailored product recommendations for end-users in retail.

With all continuous efforts, Guardforce AI is moving fast on its transition to the AI sector and is committed to helping our clients navigate the evolving landscape of technology in retail and travel.
