We added information security to our portfolio in the first quarter of 2021 by acquiring a majority of shares of Handshake Networking Limited (Handshake). Located in Hong Kong and established in 2004 by two British engineers, Handshake has been the premiere information security consultant providing information security solutions to multinational corporations in Hong Kong and globally.
